Terms of Service
Effective April 28, 2026
These Terms govern your use of AgentsArmy at agentsarmy.ai. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
AgentsArmy provides software agents that help machine shops and Fortune 500 manufacturers run RFQs, quotes, purchase orders, and supplier compliance. Shops subscribe to agent plans. Manufacturers engage through paid pilot programs.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your company. You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and any activity under them.
3. Shop subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly. The first 14 days are free.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain ownership of your drawings, customer data, and quote history.
4. Manufacturer pilots
- Pilots are governed by a separate written order form referencing these Terms.
- You retain ownership of your supplier list, RFQ data, and procurement records.
- Either party may terminate the pilot at the end of the agreed term.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AgentsArmy to violate any law, infringe third party rights, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass security controls. You will not upload export controlled data unless your account is configured for ITAR ready handling.
6. Agent decisions
AgentsArmy agents draft, suggest, and act inside the bounds you set. Final decisions on quotes, awards, and supplier actions remain with your authorized users. You are responsible for reviewing agent output before relying on it.
7. Fees and taxes
Fees are disclosed at the time of subscription or in the pilot order form. You are responsible for any taxes other than taxes on our net income.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentsArmy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the product.
