The sealed record is the credential other agents read. Over the A2A protocol, the supplier's, the customer's and the auditor's agents verify the same signed file, so trust travels with the record, no shared login, no portal. Act IV shows the protocol running live.

Built on Google

One engine on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform

Agent Engine. The agents run on Vertex AI Agent Engine inside the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform; the demo and the deployed artifact are the same pipeline.
Agent Development Kit. Six agents composed as SequentialAgentParallelAgentSequentialAgent: one LlmAgent, five deterministic steps.
A2A protocol. A signed agent card published and a SpecBook peer consumed over JSON-RPC with the official a2a-sdk, so other agents can discover, verify and call it.
Gemini on Vertex AI. Multimodal extraction reads any certificate format a supplier sends, with per field confidence.
BigQuery. Every agent action appends one hashed row to an append only ledger, the audit record a regulator replays. Watches render to one TimesFM SQL call.
Cloud Run and Cloud KMS. The service runs on Cloud Run; the seal of record signs each lot's Merkle root with a KMS asymmetric key anyone can verify with OpenSSL.
