Privacy Policy
Effective April 28, 2026
AgentsArmy (“AgentsArmy”, “we”, “us”) operates the software at agentsarmy.ai. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and (when you sign in via Google or LinkedIn) the standard sign in profile fields those providers return: name, email, profile picture, and a verified email flag. We do not request access to your contacts, calendar, posts, or any provider data beyond standard sign in.
Shop data
For shops, we store the drawings, RFQs, quotes, customer history, and inbox content you share with the agents. This is yours. You can export or delete it at any time.
Manufacturer data
For manufacturers, we store RFQ records, supplier lists, certification data, and workflow events. This is yours. We process it only to deliver the service described in your pilot order form.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials. We retain transaction metadata such as amount, currency, timestamps, and status.
Operational data
We log standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps, error traces) to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use information
- To run the agents that read drawings, draft quotes, match suppliers, and verify compliance.
- To send transactional email such as billing, agent summaries, and account updates.
- To improve agent quality on aggregated, de identified data.
- To detect fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We share information only as described below. We do not sell personal information.
- Your counterparties. When a shop responds to a manufacturer’s RFQ, both sides see the records relevant to that transaction.
- Service providers. Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI inference), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments), Sentry (error monitoring), PostHog (product analytics), Cloudflare (DNS). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
- Legal. When required to comply with law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer subject to this policy.
