I am Omar Domínguez. For twelve years I ran a CNC precision machining shop supplying Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers, and I signed these certificates with my own name, wrote the nonconformance reports, and took the call when a heat number did not match. The failures that mattered never sat in one document; they hid in the seams between documents nobody had time to read, while my best quality engineers spent their best hours re-reading paper that software should have read for them.

I came to MIT to build the tool I needed on that floor and never had. FactoryFloor reads every certificate a supplier sends, holds every value against the specification, and puts a named person, never an agent, behind every decision, so the paper trust between factories finally becomes something machines can carry and people can stand behind. The sealed record it produces is only the beginning.
